Happiness and well-being are at the core of our values.
At Little Foxes we recognise that every child is unique and we have a holistic approach to teaching and learning.
We believe that young children learn and develop best within a secure, homely environment where adults are strong role models, helping to build confidence in children to enable them to be self-assured, resilient and to develop positive attitudes towards learning.
Our Staff
Our wonderful team work closely together like a family (we call ourselves the 'Foxy Family'!) and all members of staff have been vetted by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).

All babies and children are assigned a Key Worker to ensure that all of their needs are catered for. Your child's Key Worker will gather information concerning your child and use this to plan activites that will enhance their development.

Over 80% of our staff are qualified and those who do not yet hold a recognised qualification are currently working towards one. We operate a continuous training programme and employ an external agency to provide appropriate training for our staff.
Special Educational Needs
We welcome children with special educational needs at Little Foxes and we work closely with outside professionals and have our own Special Education Needs Support Worker (SEND Worker) and Co-Ordinator (SENCo).
